About This Product
■Standard model made of brass in pursuit of further compactness
Adopts a compact butterfly handle/wing handle. Hamai's representative brass ball valve is ideal for piping in narrow spaces. A one-piece, high-toughness forged body minimizes leakage. In addition, brass forging is used for the main parts. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced.
Hexagonal body with excellent workability. Not only can it be used for piping for various devices and factory equipment, but by using butterfly handles and wing handles, it can also be used for piping in extremely narrow spaces and for integration into small devices. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

■Features
- Adopts a compact butterfly handle/wing handle suitable for piping in narrow spaces.
・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
・Oil-free specifications are also available (BBS-322/323/625 types) that correspond to each grade of Hamai standards.
