■Standard model made of brass with an emphasis on versatility and economy
Hamai's standard brass ball valve model has a one-piece forged body that provides high toughness and minimizes leakage. Equipped with a lever handle that is easy to operate. In addition, brass forging is used for the main parts. Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping.
The hexagonal body has excellent workability, and the compact design makes it ideal for piping in narrow spaces where space is limited, and for use in equipment that requires downsizing. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

■Features
・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
・Oil-free specifications are also available (BBS-92/621 type) compatible with each grade of Hamai standards.
