Features of HKS-7003
■Heat crimping is possible with a maximum pressure of 7,000N (=700kg)
It has a wide pressure range of 200N to 7,000N, making it ideal for heat caulking of medium-sized plastic parts, electrical mechanical parts, etc. Heat crimping of PPS, PEI, PPA, PBT, etc. is also possible.
■Thermal caulking process with stable pressure and fewer defective products
The pressure of the servo motor-driven ball screw is controlled by a motion controller to stabilize the applied force.
■High-quality thermal caulking with high-precision pressure control
The optimum pressing force can be easily set, preventing insufficient or over-crimping due to variations in workpiece dimensions.
■Thermal caulking is also possible by position control.
It is also possible to control the position of the pressurized stop, so caulking with high precision position control is possible with simple settings.

- It has a built-in temperature controller, and the heating temperature can be controlled stably, so you can set the optimal caulking conditions and process.
・Since the workpiece is plastically deformed by finely controlling the pressure and heating temperature, distortion and damage caused by excessive caulking can be suppressed. Ideal for caulking embedded parts using IC chips, electronic boards, etc., and small and thin resin parts.
■What is a heat riveting machine?
A secondary mold for fixing and incorporating glass, metal, plastic parts, etc., by heat-deforming a predetermined part of a plastic product by heating and applying pressure (pressing) using a mold heated by a heater (crimping horn). It is a processing machine. This method does not melt the resin, but deforms it (plastic deformation) by applying pressure while heating it.
