Features of HKS-5002
■Soft pressure function
Set soft pressure from a minimum of 10N (approx. 1kg) in 1N (approx. 100g) increments. Ideal for caulking areas where there is concern about distortion and damage due to pressure, and areas where the caulking part is extremely small.
■Pressure limit function
When the pressurization reaches the preset pressure, it will stop for an arbitrary period of time. (Optional setting of pressure stop time) This allows for highly accurate caulking by absorbing fluctuations in pressure due to variations in workpiece dimensions. (Position control can also be selected by changing settings.)
■Saving crimping conditions
Up to 12 crimping conditions can be saved in the main unit.
■Constant pressing force keeps defects to a minimum
-Air cylinder type crimping machines cannot maintain a constant pressurizing force if the supplied compressed air pressure fluctuates.
・Temporary decrease in pressurizing force is the biggest cause of deterioration in the quality of caulking.
・HKS-5002 is driven by a servo motor, so it can always maintain stable pressing force.
■ Heat crimping with position control prevents insufficient crimping.
Since it is possible to stop at a preset pressurizing position for any length of time, it eliminates insufficient caulking that often occurs with relatively large workpieces.
■Teaching function makes it easy to set the caulking position
You can manually set the caulking position.
■Easy operation with touch panel display
Since the crimp conditions can be set as numerical values, it is convenient for changing setups or resetting when taking the product to another factory. (Optional management software allows you to save conditions on your computer)
■Can be integrated into automated lines
Cooperative operation with other automatic machines is possible using the standard external interface.
■Can also be used as a small press-in machine
It has the ability to apply pressure multiple times in one operation, so in combination with the pressure control function, it can also be used as a high-precision press-in machine or small press machine.
■No air compressor required
It can be operated with only AC100V power, so it is easy to install in any location. *Air supply is required when the optional left/right moving table is installed.
■Can also be used as a UV pressure adhesive machine
AZUMA servo heat crimping machine can also be used as a UV pressure bonding machine. Apply an appropriate amount of adhesive (UV curing resin) to the processed area using a dispenser, etc., and while pressing it with the horn of the heat crimping machine (but do not heat it), irradiate it with the UV irradiation device.
