■Drying timeTemperature: 23℃, relative humidity: 50% After 30 minutes; dry enough to touch, 2 to 3 hours later; dry enough to sand or coat twice; ready for use the next day. After 1 month; final hardness is obtained. During this time, cleaning and additives must be avoided. 

■StorageStore in a place where it will not freeze

■Painting conditionsThe surface must be dry. The temperature should be at least 10 degrees Celsius or higher, and the relative humidity should be 30-80%. Please mix thoroughly before and during construction.

preparation
■Unpainted surfaceRemove dirt and dust from the wood surface. Lightly dampen the surface with water, let it dry, and sand away any loose wood fibers. Remove sanding dust.

■Painted surfaceWash the previously lacquered surface with a suitable detergent and carefully rinse with water. If the lacquered surface is in very poor condition, remove it completely with paint remover or sanding. Paint it as you would any new wood surface.

■PaintingPlease stir the lacquer to the bottom from time to time before and during use. Dilute with water if necessary. Apply two coats in the direction of the wood grain. If you are using a colored product, test the product on another piece of wood first to ensure it is the correct color. The color depends on the type of wood, the hardness of the wood, the color of the wood itself, and the number of coats.

■How to paint with a brushToned lacquers are diluted with 20-30% water for the first application. The desired color and shine is usually achieved with a second coat. Use a brush to paint from one end to the other at a time to prevent overlap. For panels, paint several panels at once from edge to edge.
