About This Product

QuickView is a system that uses digital optics and computer imaging software to accurately measure and calculate shrinkage results. Until now, the degree of shrinkage of fabrics has been determined in simple and vague ways, manually using templates or rulers. QuickView is available in three models that combine a scanner or CCD camera, and uses a Windows version computer software developed by Raitech to automatically and instantly calculate the shrinkage of fabrics before and after washing. QuickView is an intelligent system that automatically selects and measures the size and position markings on the fabric that are traditionally placed by the operator. Measurement results are saved and can be printed with just a click of the mouse. Key information can be added to printed forms using keyboard input to meet internationally recognized standards. Any fabric with patterns or prints can be automatically measured. For fabrics where it is difficult to identify the markings, you can use the mouse to mark the markings on the screen to ensure accurate measurements. QuickView is a system that can be used in combination with the shrink-proofing tester "QuickWash Plus" and washing machines such as Wascator and Kenmore, and provides sample measurement that provides faster, more accurate, and more accurate results than conventional equipment used in laboratories.
