About This Product

■Product information

The Vortex M6 is the only commercial-grade top-loading washing machine that meets global testing standards and is specifically designed for laboratory use. Vortex M6 supports AATCC latest standards LP1-2018 (Tables I, IIC, IID, IIIA, and IIIB) and M6 monograph requirements. Programmable

■Equipped with a user-friendly, multilingual (English and Chinese) full-color touch screen. You can make the following settings.

・Tub temperature ・Water amount ・ Stirring (speed & time) ・Rinse amount Custom programs can be saved for later use. Operators can program custom cycles of up to 80 hours.

■Robust design

・ Porcelain-coated steel washing tub ・Stainless steel basket ・Top-loading (vertical) design ・Rugged variable speed motor ・Non-locking lid with robust braking system

■Customizable

Equipped with an alarm that notifies you when water temperature and water volume are out of specifications. This alarm can be disabled if desired. The remaining time for the exam will be displayed on the touch screen. The controller is pre-programmed with M6 Monograph and LP1.

■Calibration

Unlike past instruments, the VortexM6 can be calibrated to ISO17025 requirements by qualified personnel. A flashing light alerts the operator or signals the end of a test. Remote access functionality is available. An innovative device remote monitoring application. You can view cycle status information in the remote access app. Operators can track real-time test progress on the go, anytime, anywhere via remote access apps (iOS and Android).
