CPS Color's MONICOLOR A common primary colors are the result of extensive research and years of experience and can be used to color a wide variety of paints. Today, it is widely used by paint companies around the world.
■Features
- MONICOLOR A common primary colors do not contain resin. This enables compatibility with a wide range of paints and high storage stability.
- Due to the design that does not contain ethylene glycol, even with solvent-based alkyd paints, the deterioration of gloss at low temperatures and high humidity is kept to a minimum.
・In order to reduce the effect on the physical properties of the paint, it is composed of water, a small amount of 1,2-Propanediol, and a surfactant.
・Strict tinting power and hue are controlled in consideration of use in tinting systems.
■Applicable paint alkyd paint
Can be used for general-purpose architectural paints such as solvent-based paints, long-oil paints, and water-based alkyd paints. Since it does not contain ethylene glycol, the deterioration in gloss from solvent-based paints, such as conventional common primary colors, is kept to a minimum.
■Latex paint
It can be added to regular latex paints such as polyacrylate and polyvinyl acetate up to the pigment addition limit concentration (volume concentration). If there is a large amount of filler such as silica, it may be difficult to control the tinting strength and the hue may change slightly in the formulation provided. This is a reasonable range for low-priced products.
■Silica paint
XT, VT, ST, and RT inorganic colorants can be used.
■Woodworking stain
Can be used with both mineral oil-based white paints and water-based stains. Provides transparent and pure color without clouding the paint film.
■Water-based/industrial paints
Can be used in a wide range of water-based materials such as acrylic, alkyd, urethane alkyd, two-component epoxy, enamel, and vinyl.
