COROB MIXING STATION is suitable for high viscosity products in plastic or metal cans of various shapes and sizes, meeting the needs of warehouses and factories. Automatically moves, loads, stirs, and unloads heavy cans of all sizes. Only one operator can control this process. This solution is available in two different models.

■COROB MIXING STATION MS-RGThe COROB Mixing Station MS-RG is the highest productivity mixing solution on the market, designed to suit the widest range of applications requiring the handling of large numbers of cans. The MS-RG consists of a specially developed gyro mixer with a 3 horsepower direct drive mixing motor. Up to 10 gyro mixers can be installed.

A fully automatic conveyor transports the cans and feeds them into the mixer. The maximum weight that can be stirred is 40Kg/80lbs. Cans of different sizes and shapes can be processed simultaneously automatically, and the operator can set the mixing time and speed for each can individually as required. During the mixing process, the can handle is secured with a magnetic system, eliminating the need for tape or rubber bands. MS-RG solutions reduce maintenance, reduce environmental noise, and deliver superior results while increasing mixing performance.
