About This Product

■Summary

The deodorizing principle of our thermal storage type deodorizing equipment is the same as that of direct combustion type deodorizing equipment. By keeping the gas containing organic solvents and malodors above the ignition point of the odor components and allowing a residence time longer than a certain level, This method oxidizes and decomposes solvents and odor components. The difference from direct combustion type deodorizing equipment is that by using a ceramic heat storage body as a heat exchanger, heat exchange efficiency can be extremely high. Normally, the heat exchange efficiency is over 90%. Our heat storage type deodorizing equipment includes a single-can rotary type and a multi-can cycle type.

■Characteristics of thermal storage type deodorizing equipment

・High heat exchange efficiency, saving fuel consumption especially when operated 24 hours a day. ・If the concentration of the processing gas exceeds a certain level, fuel may become unnecessary due to the heat generated by combustion of the solvent. ・Since the heat storage body is filled, the equipment is generally heavy and large. ・Due to the temperature rise of the heat storage element, it takes a long time to start up at the start of operation.
