About This Product

■Summary

``Deopo'' is a device that combines the excellent elements of the conventional three-column type and rotary type of regenerative combustion type deodorization equipment (RTO), packaged into a single unit. The VOC treatment efficiency is over 98%, the temperature efficiency is over 95%, and compared to conventional products, it has been made more compact by minimizing the volume of the purge area. Since it is of a size that can be transported in a factory-assembled state, standard equipment requires only on-site unloading and installation work (connecting piping, ducts, and electrical wiring), which can be completed in about three days. The "Deopo" series has a lineup of six types, which can be selected according to the processing air volume of the factory. The maximum air flow rate for a single unit is 200Nm3/min, but it is possible to handle air flow rates greater than 200Nm3/min by installing multiple units in parallel or installing them in each factory building. In this case, there are also benefits such as reduced fuel consumption by operating the plant according to the production status of the factory. Features of Deopo

■Simplification of installation space

The main body of the device is designed to be sized so that it can be transported when assembled at the factory.

■Minimize on-site construction and shorten the construction period

・Since the main body is transported while assembled, installation work can be shortened. - If it is a standard specification, installation is completed by simply connecting the primary side utility.

■Supporting emergency troubles and maintenance inspections by installing multiple small machines

By installing multiple units, it is possible to respond to emergencies and maintenance inspections without stopping the factory's production functions. Additionally, the number of machines in operation can be controlled according to the production situation, allowing energy savings.

■Good adaptability to equipment relocation work

Since the equipment can be transported by simply disconnecting the connected parts without disassembling the equipment, it is easy to relocate the equipment to accommodate changes in factory layout.
