About This Product

■Summary

The deodorizing principle of direct combustion deodorizing equipment is to instantly eliminate organic solvents and odor components by maintaining the processing temperature above the ignition point of the odor components and allowing a residence time of more than a certain level. This is a method of oxidative decomposition. Typically, the processing temperature is 700°C to 800°C and the residence time is 1 second or more. It is possible to treat exhaust gas that contains components unsuitable for catalytic deodorization equipment, and can be applied to most types of exhaust gas. The disadvantage of direct combustion type deodorizing equipment is that it maintains the temperature inside the furnace above the ignition point of the odor components, resulting in high fuel consumption, but fuel consumption can be reduced by incorporating a heat exchanger.

■Characteristics of direct combustion deodorizing equipment

・It has an extremely wide range of applications and can treat almost all odors and organic solvent gases. ・Because the principle is simple, high deodorizing efficiency can be obtained, and there is no fluctuation in deodorizing efficiency. - High fuel consumption due to high temperature processing can be reduced by incorporating a heat exchanger. ・Since the combustion temperature is high and nitrogen oxides are emitted, countermeasures may be required.
