About This Product

■Summary

Catalytic deodorizing equipment is a method that brings combustible substances, VOCs, and bad odors in exhaust gas into contact with air through a catalyst to cause an oxidation reaction, making them odorless and harmless. Compared to direct combustion deodorizing equipment, which heats combustible materials above the ignition point (700°C to 800°C) to cause an oxidation reaction, this device causes an oxidation reaction at a lower temperature (300°C to 350°C) below the ignition point. As a result, the fuel consumption for preheating can be reduced to about 1/3. Additionally, our catalytic deodorization equipment has a built-in heat exchanger, which further reduces fuel consumption. In addition, significant fuel savings can be achieved by adding an additional secondary heat exchanger.

■Characteristics of catalytic deodorizing equipment

・Uses a high-performance platinum-based catalyst and exhibits high deodorizing efficiency. - Low-temperature combustion using a catalyst generates little nitrogen oxide, resulting in low NOx operation. ・The exhaust gas flow path inside the device has a negative pressure structure to prevent odor leaks. ・The device has an integrated structure and is designed to have low passing resistance and reduce power consumption. - Low noise operation as the blower is built into the main unit. ・Equipped with a high-efficiency heat exchanger to save fuel. ・In order to fully utilize the catalyst performance, the ventilation system is designed to equalize the temperature and concentration of the treated gas. - Easy-to-understand operation display and easy operation. - Exhaust gas containing catalyst poisons such as silicon (Si) and phosphorus (P), which are considered unsuitable for catalytic deodorization equipment, can be dealt with by placing a pre-treatment agent if the amount is small. is. - Compared to heat storage type deodorizing equipment, the installation area is smaller, the equipment is more compact, and the weight is lighter, so the initial cost is lower.
