About This Product
Complex three-dimensional shapes, which were conventionally achieved by a combination of sintering and cutting methods, were realized by pressing, and we also achieved both carbonitriding and dimensional stability.
■Conversion of method from conventional "sintering and surface cutting" to "pressing and surface cutting"
We have achieved cost reductions by converting the process that used to be sintered to "pressing and cutting". Surface hardness is ensured by carbonitriding.
