About This Product

This machine is a sifting bucket mainly used for removing gravel from fields and removing powder from aggregate (gravel). It is suitable for surface work because it can treat a large area with one excavation, and its boat shape allows forcible discharge work without spilling even when shaken violently.

■Features

Field removal is basically about 30cm deep and removes stones with a particle size of 30mm or more. ・In order to reduce the movement of the machine and the number of excavations, a bucket with a large bottom area is suitable, and a box-shaped roof is installed so that it can handle soil with a high moisture content and clay soil, and the area of ​​the sieve net is reduced. It has a shape that increases work efficiency. ・Edges that tend to wear out are secured with bolts so that they can be used for many years, making reversal and replacement easy. ・The mesh shape has a shape that increases the drop efficiency by more than twice compared to the grid shape. - The rear part of the bucket can be opened and closed, making it easy to remove stones or dirt that get stuck.

■Specifications

attachable backhoe ・One unit can be used as a multipurpose machine from 0.45m3 class to 0.7m3 class. - Compatible with all manufacturers. *Can be installed on all manufacturers by preparing optional special bushings and pins. 0.7m3 is available for all manufacturers, and the pin diameter is φ80, so it can be installed regardless of manufacturer by filling the gap with the arm with a spacer etc. For the 0.45m3 class, only Komatsu has a pin diameter of φ60, so if you use it with Hitachi or CAT, you will need a pin and bush for Komatsu. (The pin bush for the second model is an option, but it is available.) ・The mesh is twice as easy to sieve out compared to the grid pattern. *Specified sieve size is made to order, but can be manufactured. - An inspection port was installed at the rear of the ark to remove trash from inside the ark.
