About This Product

■Product features

This product is made using technology for repairing and reinforcing concrete structures using carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) grids and polymer cement mortar containing at least 10% fly ash. This method has the following characteristics: By using CFRP grid, the overall weight can be reduced compared to the conventional reinforcing steel reinforcement construction method. Additionally, by using polymer cement mortar, the thickness of mortar placed can be reduced, improving construction efficiency. Furthermore, the inclusion of fly ash improves the durability of the mortar, and can be expected to have long-term effects. This technology is particularly effective in reinforcing and repairing aging infrastructure, offering quick construction and high durability, increasing work efficiency. As a result, it is possible to reduce costs and shorten construction times.

Carbon Grid complies with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' ``Manual on Repair and Reinforcement Work for Agricultural Irrigation Facilities [Open Channel Repair Edition]''.

■Environmentally friendly and low cost

All Airtex products are manufactured using carbon fiber scraps or leftover materials generated during the production of automobiles or automobile products. There is no loss during the manufacturing process, and any remaining material is reused. It is an environmentally friendly construction method as the water used is also recycled.
