About This Product

Precision forming tools and molds manufactured by strip winding technology. Because it boasts high strength, it has a long service life and can be reused many times with full specifications by replacing only the molded part.

■What is a mold that can be used repeatedly?Reinforcement ring for precision molds consisting of a high-strength strip-wound container. Constructed from a proprietary steel trip material, it is twice as strong as traditional tool systems and can be reused to full specifications many times. It can be primarily used for precision forging of tools, including cold forging dies, warm forging dies, and equivalent metal forming tools.

■SC200/SC400A high-strength prestressed container manufactured using strip winding technology. It has approximately twice the strength of a standard mold compression ring, and has the advantage of extending the life of the mold and being able to be used over and over again at full specifications.

■SC200+/SC400+A high-strength and high-rigidity prestressed container manufactured using strip winding technology. It has approximately twice the strength of a standard mold compression ring, and has the characteristics of extending the life of the mold, improving the precision of forged products, and being able to be used over and over again with full specifications.

■STRECON Compact (SC200-C)A container manufactured using strip winding technology that provides high strength reinforcement for the assembled parts. It uses a thin outer case and eliminates assembly holes and grooves, making it compact and lightweight.

It is compatible with cold, warm, and hot forging, but because of its high strength, it is especially suitable for the cold forging process, which specializes in forming complex parts. Additionally, due to its compact design, it can be installed in small spaces such as cold forming formers, and is primarily used in fastener production in the automotive industry.
