About This Product
The "Abnormal Vibration Monitoring System WiFi Officer" can be retrofitted to industrial robots and used for symptom management using AI. It is useful for managing symptoms of end effectors, etc., which cannot be managed with the equipment monitoring that industrial robots are equipped with, such as current measurement. Up to 10 locations can be constantly monitored simultaneously per system.

After the initial settings, everything from "data collection", "data analysis", and "sign change notification" is automatic.
・You can choose between "regular measurement", "continuous measurement", and automatic measurement method.
・WiFi communication distance is approximately 70m.
・Up to 10 locations can be monitored.
■Notification of abnormalities
・When AI detects an abnormality, it will notify you by automatic email.
・Data is collected on a computer and automatically analyzed using AI.
■You can see the change in symptoms at a glance using the “degree of abnormality”
・WiFi Police can judge based on a single numerical value called "abnormality level".
・AI automatically calculates the "degree of abnormality" by comprehensively looking at numerous indicators.
・Emails can be forwarded automatically when the degree of abnormality exceeds a specified value. You can immediately catch anomalies wherever you are.
・Automatic measurement via WiFi is possible with "Regular measurement" or "Continuous measurement" where you set the measurement interval.
- Data is automatically extracted for each process within one cycle, and the degree of abnormality is automatically determined by AI.
Measurement procedure
■[Monitoring preparation] Measurement preparation must be performed manually.
・Install the sensor and measure vibration.
・Periodical measurement: Measurement at set time intervals
・Continuous measurement: Constant measurement in real-time measurement mode
- Measure approximately 15 to 20 cycles under normal conditions and learn process intervals and normal data.
・Set up automatic email forwarding.
・Data measurement/analysis (automatic)
・Sign change detection/notification (automatic)
■ [Monitoring] After setting, measurement, judgment, and notification will be performed automatically.
- Automatically performs measurements and determines the degree of abnormality each time.
- If the abnormality level exceeds the specified value, the screen will change to yellow (warning) and red (abnormal) and an automatic email will be sent.
