Minis reduce the height of the battery holder above the board to almost zero. A small coin cell holder can be attached to a portion of a circuit board by drilling a small hole in the PCB surface. This dramatically reduces the height of the battery holder above the board, making Minis the perfect solution for applications where mounting board height is paramount.
The use of high-voltage curved contacts ensures safe and close contact with the battery, while also making it easy to attach and detach the battery when replacing it. Minis is the coin battery holder with the smallest height from the board, and the height for CR2032 (BU2032SM-JJ-MINI-GTR) is only 1.95 mm from the board surface. This allows the height from the board to be reduced by approximately 3 mm compared to conventional CR2032 battery holders on the market.
