■How to implement GrypperTM socket
The mounting method for the gripper socket differs depending on whether it is with or without solder balls.
■Without solder balls
・Use a stencil (metal mask) to apply solder paste.
・Place the gripper socket and perform reflow mounting.
■With solder balls
Apply flux to the mounting location and perform reflow mounting.
