■Product features

The Ironwood Gripper Socket is a one-touch, snap-in socket that can be mounted on the board and inserted into the BGA device.

■How to implement GrypperTM socket

The mounting method for the gripper socket differs depending on whether it is with or without solder balls.

■Without solder balls

・Use a stencil (metal mask) to apply solder paste. ・Place the gripper socket and perform reflow mounting.

■With solder balls

Apply flux to the mounting location and perform reflow mounting.
