■How to care for pogo pin sockets
Proper care is important for maximizing the life of the pins while minimizing contact failure and helping to ensure a continuous, high-quality electrical signal. We recommend cleaning once a day or once every 10,000 times. Dirt on the pins can lead to decreased functionality, so we recommend doing this as necessary.
■Notes
- Visually inspect sockets and pins regularly to check for abnormal wear or dirt.
- If dust or dirt is found on the product, determine the source and take precautions to prevent it from re-adhering to the product as much as possible.
-Make sure that the socket is properly mounted on the board and that the bottom of the socket is firmly attached to the board.
・The use of chemicals to clean the socket is prohibited.
・Use of lubricants etc. on socket pins is prohibited.
