・Spatial filter holder is a holder that removes wavefront noise and distortion of laser light using a precision pinhole, making it possible to create a clear wavefront.
・Precision pinhole allows centering adjustment of YZ axis perpendicular to optical axis.
-The objective lens holder allows fine focus adjustment in the optical axis direction (X-axis).
-You can choose between the installation type and the pole type. In addition, for the type with a pole, the inclination angle β of the entire holder unit can be finely adjusted.
- Equipped with precision pinhole (φ25μm) and objective lens (×10) as standard.
- Supports changing lens magnification and combinations.
