- Centering adjustment of the YZ axis perpendicular to the optical axis is possible (±1.5 mm).
・For YZ axis adjustment, you can choose between fine adjustment screw type and differential micrometer head type.
・In addition to YZ-axis adjustment, you can also select a type that allows you to adjust the βθ-axis tilt angle (±2°) using a kinematic mechanism with fine screw adjustment.
