About This Product

■Product overview

Tabletop high-speed jet coating equipment A430 and A630 are high-performance all-in-one coating equipment equipped with a piezo jet dispenser mounted on a tabletop robot, a top view camera, a laser displacement meter, etc. as standard equipment. Equipped with a piezo jet dispenser as standard and combined with a ball screw-driven tabletop robot, it achieves ultra-high speed and highly accurate dispensing. There are two types of lineup depending on the work size: A430 is compatible with workpieces of 300x300mm, and A630 is compatible with workpieces of up to 500x500mm.

■Image processing software functions

・Robot speed/piezo frequency synchronization function Since the robot's moving speed is detected and the piezo frequency is automatically adjusted, coating lines can always be drawn with a constant line width. This solves problems such as liquid pooling at the start and end points of lines and uneven line width caused by corner deceleration. ・AOI inspection function Scans the image after application with a high-speed camera, calculates the application line width, application diameter, area, etc., and makes an OK/NG judgment. Automatically detects coating gaps and voids, contributing to reducing defective rates. ・FOF (Nonstop Ultra-Fast Alignment) Image recognition and calculation processing are performed at the same time, so the workpiece position is recognized nonstop. Achieves high-speed alignment of up to 120 pieces/second, significantly reducing takt time. ・3D coating function The laser displacement meter measures the height of the workpiece and automatically controls the Z-axis while following changes in the height of the workpiece. ・DXF file import A dispensing program is automatically generated just by importing DXF data, greatly reducing the effort required to create a program.
