About This Product

■Product overview

The tabletop precision coating device ED20 is a compact tabletop model (W500 x D800mm) that is ideal for research and development and prototyping. By adopting an X-Y stage, the repeatable positioning accuracy of the XY axes is guaranteed to be less than ±3μm, making it the industry's highest-class accuracy for a tabletop robot. In addition to the twin air dispenser (full function, basic function), it can be equipped with any dispenser such as a piezo jet dispenser or screw dispenser, so it can be used in a wide range of prototyping applications. Equipped with a top view camera, laser displacement meter, and vacuum suction stage, it comes standard with automatic alignment and workpiece height measurement functions essential for high-precision coating. This model is also ideal as an experimental machine for research and development for fine coating and liquid agent evaluation.
