About This Product

■Product overview

XJET is a top-of-the-line piezo jet dispenser that is ideal for high-viscosity, minute-volume dispensing. It is equipped with various functions to achieve stable, high-precision, minute-volume dispensing over a long period of time.

■Main features

-Equipped with a tappet position calibration mechanism as standard, reducing changes in coating amount due to component wear and stabilizing coating amount over a long period of time. - Cleaning and maintenance are easy because the wetted parts can be attached and detached without tools. ・Since the nozzle and tappet can be freely combined, it is possible to discharge watery low viscosity liquids, paste liquids, and high viscosity adhesives (Max. 1,000,000mPa.s). ・We offer a lineup of nozzle inner diameters of at least 30um, which enables non-contact dispensing of extremely small amounts. (Minimum discharge amount = 0.5 nanoliter) -Equipped with an air cooling mechanism (optional), which suppresses temperature rise during high-speed operation and stabilizes the coating amount.
