About This Product

■Product overview

A twin air dispenser is mounted on the manipulator, and the nozzle position can be manually controlled to dispense minute amounts. It contributes to stabilizing the amount of coating and improving yields in coating operations that are difficult to automate, such as board rework and adhesive coating.

■Features

- Equipped with a twin air dispenser that allows you to apply a small amount manually. - Positioning is easy by operating the manual XY table and manipulator. -Equipped with an autofocus microscope, allowing observation at a high resolution of 1280x800 (60fps). ・Since it can stably discharge high viscosity liquids, it is also ideal for adhesive application where the discharge amount is not stable with the air pulse method. - Fewer parts, easy maintenance.

・Board rework tool ・Repair of SMT solder and BGA balls ・Application of adhesives whose discharge volume is not stable with air pulse dispensers.
