■Product overview
This is a high-performance model equipped with a twin air dispenser (basic function), a top view camera, a side view camera, and a laser displacement meter. The top view camera uses a unique nozzle coaxial optical system, allowing you to check the application status and spread of the liquid in real time.
The side-view camera allows you to check the proper gap between the nozzle and workpiece and observe the state of liquid contact, making it easy to set conditions for fine coating. In addition, the laser displacement meter measures the gap with the workpiece and automatically fine-tunes the nozzle height, ensuring stable coating quality and high precision even on warped or warped workpieces. It is possible to achieve minute dispensing.

・Can draw minute dots with a diameter of 40 μm or less and fine lines with a width of 40 μm or less
- Self-suck back function prevents dripping and stringiness.
・Can discharge high viscosity liquids up to 1,000,000mPa.s
・Integrated design incorporating top view camera (proprietary coaxial optical system) + laser displacement meter.
- If equipped with a side view camera (optional), simultaneous monitoring from two directions is possible.
■Application example
・Draw fine electrode patterns using silver paste or copper paste
・Solder paste minute dot (Φ50um or less) application
・A small amount of adhesive or high viscosity resin is applied.
