About This Product

A tungsten-coated CVD diamond window brazed to a metal frame can be used as a transmission-type high-power X-ray anode. By irradiating the tungsten layer with a high-energy electron beam, it forms a single-point X-ray source that is ideal for high-resolution inspection of small objects.
