About This Product
Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL). We have a wide lineup with center wavelength: 3 to 16 µm (wave number: 2,950 to 600 cm-1). In addition to bare chips and chips with submounts, we can also introduce packages such as HHL (High Heat Load) with TEC, which is easy to handle, and LLH packages for experiments.
■Application
・Gas detection, gas analysis (NDIR, PAS, CRD, etc.)
・Analysis of biological components such as blood and urine
・ATR spectroscopy
・Mid-infrared spectroscopy
■Package
・Bare chip: Just a chip without soldering/connection
・Chip with submount: Chip soldered to a submount.
・HHL with TEC (high heat load): Built-in TEC, sealed package for easy handling [Recommended]
・LLH (Experimental Laser Housing): Dedicated housing with built-in TEC and compatible with manufacturer's starter kit.
・TO3, TO-66: CAN type package where some QCL/ICL can be used.
