About This Product

When the light from a halogen lamp is focused on a single point, high temperatures reaching 1,400°C to 1,500°C can be obtained under good conditions. The temperature can be controlled arbitrarily from room temperature to maximum temperature by supply voltage, and non-contact heating with light provides completely clean heating, allowing non-contact heating and heating in a vacuum. The focal diameter of the spot is determined by the luminous bulb size, mirror size, and focal length, and can be designed and customized as desired (up to a maximum output of 2.5kW). With standard products that have a fixed focal diameter, it is possible to change the focal point position by adjusting the installation location in the high axis direction to widen the heating range or lower the temperature reached.
