About This Product

LWIR camera equipped with a zoom lens that uses high-resolution uncooled (VOx microbolometer) VGA pixels (640 x 512). Sensitive in the 8-14μm range, it provides superior thermal imaging for remote monitoring in the presence of smoke, aerosols, and other atmospheric obstructions. Packaged in a rugged, nitrogen-purged and sealed enclosure, it can be remotely controlled via an RS-232/422 interface.

Compared to mid-infrared (MWIR) cameras, they are less expensive and have lower maintenance costs. Suitable for integration into stationary monitoring systems.
