■Specification creation system
Adopting Oracle for the database, we further improve the reliability of data, add search functionality to the conventional ease of operation, and further improve functionality. When creating a layout, it is possible to display lines, characters, and frames in color.
■Product planning system
You can create a database while creating a product proposal. We respond quickly to data changes and corrections. Product map diagram creation is automatically edited by simply selecting the product number.
■Adobe Illustrator/CAD data import function
It is possible to import and modify line and character information from Adobe Illustrator. Existing data can be used effectively. You can also import CAD data (DXF format).
■Product map diagram system
Maps can be easily created from both sewing specifications and product planning systems.
■PDF conversion function
Specifications can be converted to PDF files. By emailing the converted PDF to overseas or domestic factories, it can be displayed at the destination.
■Specification viewer system
You can directly search and view master data for displaying specifications, which is useful for eliminating time lags in specifications at production plants and sales offices.
■Foreign language (Chinese/English) system
You can input Chinese and English by simply selecting Japanese on the specification sheet. Approximately 3,000 apparel terms have been registered.
■Accessories system
You can refer to the items entered in the specifications and the items used (fabrics and attached information). By entering the number of orders for each color size, the required quantity of accessories (by color size) will be automatically calculated.
