When you print a document, you can easily and quickly check for unauthorized printing by saving a log of who printed what, when, where, and how many copies, as well as recording and saving the actual printed image in PDF format. You can do it.
In addition, multi-vendor compatibility with any printer and an authentication printing function using various IC cards can be added, which suppresses and prevents information leaks from printed materials (paper documents) and strengthens information security measures and internal controls.

■Print log & image log
It records and saves as a print log who (=printer), when (=printing date and time), from where (=PC name), what (=document name), and how many copies (=number of pages). Print images, including print and layout designs, are recorded and saved in PDF format (PDF image log) in parallel with printing.
By saving as PDF, you can search the entire text of the document using any word, making it easy and speedy to perform periodic fraud checks and follow-up investigations in the unlikely event that information is leaked.
Compared to image files, PDF files are smaller in file size and are saved with lower resolution, so they are effective for long-term log storage without overwhelming storage space. Only "SkyAgent SecurePrint Ex." records and saves print images in PDF format.

By forcibly inserting a watermark (printing source information) in the header and footer when printing, it increases security awareness and psychologically deters unauthorized removal.
■Authenticated printing/Print anywhere
Since printing will not start unless the individual is authenticated, it prevents printed materials from being left behind, mixed up, peeked at, or misprinted.
