TH8600 series four-terminal wire tester is a comprehensive parameter multi-functional and automatic test system of wire, dedicated to testing the quality and connection reliability of various types of cables, wire harnesses, and winding displacements is.
This system provides programmable constant current and constant voltage sources as well as high voltage power supplies. Test items include continuity, passive elements (inductance, resistance, capacitance, and diodes), AC/DC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, and high and low voltage parameters. Adopting fast and long-life LCR diagram sampling and channel switching technology, this system greatly improves test accuracy, speed, and lifetime.
In addition, by adopting high and low voltage insulation technology, the insulation resistance test performance is also greatly improved.
Various interfaces such as RS232, USB, LAN, and handler are convenient for users to automatically detect and apply in production line.
