TH2883 series products are impulse winding testers newly developed by Tonghui. With this product line, Tonghui is the first provider in the industry to offer impulse winding testers from low voltage 30V to high voltage 10kV, offering from single channel to multichannel (up to 8 channels).
The device adopts the popular 32-bit CPU and high-density SMD technology, and features a 7-inch TFT wide display screen with 65,000 colors, bringing you the benefits of eye-friendly operation. The minimum impulse voltage is 30V, the maximum impulse voltage output is 10kV, the inductance value of 1uH winding test, the sampling rate is 200Msps, and the memory depth is 6kbytes to achieve accurate testing.
The use of standard sample averages, the application of demagnetized impulses, high bandwidth analog acquisition circuits, high fidelity corona extraction techniques, and non-destructive testing practices make Tonghui's ``Customer-Centric, Future Technology It reflects a design philosophy of ``Sharing.''
Depending on the output voltage, the TH2883 series consists of three models: TH2883-1, TH2883-5, and TH2883-10. With a minimum impulse voltage of 30V and a maximum impulse voltage of 1,200V, the TH2883-1 can test windings with inductance values as low as 1uH, making it an ideal testing product for inductance coils used in switching power supplies.
With impulse voltages from 100V to 5,000V, the TH2883-5 is a standard product for testing all types of coils. With impulse output voltage up to 10kV, TH2883-10 is suitable for higher insulation and withstand voltage interturn testing. TH2883 series products come standard with USB host, RS232C, USB device, and LAN interfaces for quick graph storage and convenient remote control of the instrument.
