The SNA5000A supports scattering parameter measurements, differential parameter measurements, receiver measurements, time domain parameter analysis, limit testing, ripple testing, and extended time domain parameter analysis (TDR).
It has shortcuts for adding traces and windows to perform S-parameter measurements on all 4 ports. It supports various display formats such as Log Mag, Lin Mag, phase, delay, Smith chart, SWR, and polar chart, and is useful for analyzing DUT transmission coefficient, reflection coefficient, SWR, impedance matching, phase, and delay.
Additionally, reference traces and limit tests can improve production efficiency at antenna and filter manufacturing sites.
