■Flexible multi-channel high-speed acquisition system
・Standard rack mount size, height is 1U for 4 channel models and 2U for 8 channel models
・Build a high-speed acquisition system of up to 512 channels by combining multiple units using the low-skew synchronous signal from the 64-channel synchronous distributor SYN64 as a trigger.
・Each unit can be accessed via 1,000M LAN, supporting SCPI command set, LabView and IVI driver for easy data collection, LAN port is LXI compliant
- The sampling clock can be synchronized between all units in the test system by cascading the 10MHz input clock and output clock in a daisy chain.
■Fast waveform update rate
With a waveform update rate of up to 170,000wfm/s, the SDS6000L allows you to easily capture anomalous signals and low-frequency events. In sequence mode, it reaches up to 750,000wfm/s.
■Eye diagram and jitter analysis
The SDS6000L series can automatically extract a reference clock from serial data and generate an eye diagram. It also supports measurement of multiple eye/jitter parameters and mask testing of eye diagrams.
■Complete interface
SDS6000L has HDMI (1,280 x 800) x 1, USB host 3.0 x 2, USB host 2.0 x 2, USB device 2.0 (USBTMC) x 1, 1,000M LAN (VXI-11/Telnet /Socket) x 1, Micro SD Card x 1, auxiliary output (pass/fail judgment, trigger output) Equipped with 1 x 10MHz input and 1 10MHz output interface.
