■Lightweight stacker type
A stacker-type forklift with a small, slim body designed specifically for horizontally transporting pallets.It weighs only 395 kg and has a payload capacity of 1.5 tons. Anyone can set it up within an hour. Users can also set up cooperation with elevators and automatic doors. It is waterproof and can run autonomously both indoors and outdoors (Lidar & GNSS).
■Indoor/outdoor autonomous driving
3D lidar navigation + outdoor GNSS + RTK navigation, waterproof design allows for indoor, outdoor, movement between buildings, and autonomous driving freely. Navigation is possible outdoors using signals from satellites even when there are no buildings or landmarks, and it is possible to receive signals from satellites using all methods such as PPP+RTK, GPS+Michibiki, and Galileo. ■Pallet identification
The rear camera sensor automatically identifies the pallet, centers it according to the position where it is placed, and then picks up the pallet. It is compatible with black pallets and sunlight, and can be used outdoors. In addition to regular pallets, it can also be used to accurately identify two-legged pallets like net pallets, iron frame legs like engine pallets, casters of basket carts, etc., and center them according to the workpiece.
■Slim body
With a body thickness of only 50cm and a turning radius of 1,300mm, it is suitable for working in narrow spaces and passageways. The right angle loading aisle width (AST) when transporting 1,100 x 1,100 pallets is 2,400 mm.
■GNSS+RTK
Outdoor navigation is performed using GNSS (including GPS) satellite signals, and position correction on the ground is performed using RTK. The forklift is equipped with a communication mini-wave sensor, which communicates with the nearest base station and corrects itself if its position shifts. This corrects errors of several meters in GNSS to tens of centimeters. The XP15 achieves a stopping accuracy of ±3cm.
■3D lidar
Equipped with Otori Shrine (LS)'s 3D Lidar and C16, it scans the environment three-dimensionally with 16 lines.The effective distance is 150M radius.If there is a building outside within a 150M radius, automatic indoor and outdoor driving is possible using Lidar alone. . When outdoors and there are no buildings, the vehicle can run autonomously using GNSS navigation, and RTK position correction has achieved a stopping accuracy of ±3 cm.
