About This Product

◼︎Product overview A bite joint for copper pipes, annealed copper pipes, and resin tubes. Made of SUS316. No oil treatment. The main body and insert are integrated. The nut and sleeve are also integrated, so they can be used repeatedly and there is no need to replace the sleeve. No more hassle of losing insert rings or sleeves. Nut with integral sleeve. ◼︎Features ・The main body and insert are integrated ・Nut and sleeve are integrated ・Using a unique sleeve eliminates twisting of the tube during piping. ・No need to replace the sleeve even after repeated use ・No oil treatment ・Main body, nut, and sleeve are made of SUS316 for excellent corrosion resistance. ・Smooth inner diameter surface - Wide variety of sizes to fit various tubes ・Joint with excellent flow characteristics ◼︎Installation steps 1. Cut the tube at right angles. 2.The fittings are delivered as a set. 3. Separate the main body and nut. 4. Tighten the R threaded part of the fitting body using a tool on the equipment. 5. Insert the tube through the nut to the base of the protrusion on the main body. 6. Tighten the nut with a wrench until it hits the body. 7. When reinstalling, cut the tip of the tube at a right angle.
