■Efficient protection from contamination
As previously reported, degradable organisms such as HF, SO2, SF4, and SOF4 may be generated from SF6 gas due to electrolysis or careless handling. Model GPF-10 filter unit can reliably remove impurities in SF6 gas. AlF3 and CuF2, which are particles that decompose from SF6, can be removed with a particle filter. Operators do not come into contact with these particles.
This filter unit is installed upstream of the GVC-10 or GTU-10 to prevent damage to the compressor and pump. If the degree of contamination of SF6 gas is low, it can be reused simply by passing it through this unit.
■Filter replacement
Changing the filter is easy and takes just a few minutes. It can minimize the time required for maintenance and is effective in improving work efficiency.
■Optimal design
This product was designed with the primary focus on being robust and able to flow a large flow rate. The case of GPF-10 is made of anodized aluminum for outdoor use and corrosion resistance. After replacing the filter, this filter unit can be completely sealed to prevent SF6 gas from leaking.
