Nowadays, quick and easy testing of thermometers is essential for the operational safety of machines and plants. CTx9100 series portable calibrators are suitable and practical for on-site calibration. Due to its lightweight and compact design, it can be used in any situation. The dry lock calibrator model CDT9100-375 is particularly characterized by its durable case design and compact size.
The concept of this state-of-the-art device is to combine a stable heat source and highly accurate Pt100 temperature measurement into one. This allows for more efficient calibration of industrial temperature probes. Regular monitoring of temperature probes helps quickly recognize faults and reduce downtime.
■Easy operation
The CDT9100 series of dry block calibrators work with a temperature controlled metal block and replaceable inserts. Calibration temperature can be easily adjusted using two keys on the controller and can be quickly controlled. The heating block's set temperature is displayed on a large 4-digit high-contrast LED display. Therefore, reading errors are virtually eliminated.
Calibrators can be installed using thermometers with sensing parts of various diameters. A new block design with improved temperature uniformity at a lower calibration range reduces measurement uncertainty.
