Nowadays, quick and easy testing of thermometers is essential for the operational safety of machines and plants. The portable dry-well calibrator CTD9100 series is especially suitable for on-site calibration and is an extremely easy-to-use model. Due to its lightweight and compact design, it can be used in any situation.
The concept of this state-of-the-art device is to combine a stable heat source and highly accurate Pt100 temperature measurement into one. This allows for more efficient calibration of industrial temperature probes. Regular monitoring of temperature probes helps quickly recognize faults and reduce downtime.
■Easy operability
The CTD9100 series dry-well thermometers operate with a temperature-controlled metal block and replaceable inserts. Easily adjusted calibrated temperature using two buttons on the controller, can be controlled very quickly. The heating block's actual temperature and set temperature can be displayed simultaneously on a large 4-digit high-contrast LED display. Therefore, reading errors are virtually eliminated.
Thermometers with various stem diameters can be attached to dry-well calibrators using inserts. A new block design with improved temperature uniformity over a lower calibration range reduces measurement uncertainty. 150mm long insertion length greatly reduces heat dissipation error.
