About This Product

■Various uses

Nowadays, quick and easy testing of thermometers is essential for the operational safety of machines and plants. CTD9100 series portable calibrators are suitable and practical for on-site calibration. Due to its lightweight and compact design, it can be used in any situation. The new instrument concept provides a stable heat source with an efficient air cooling system to easily keep the temperature above the calibrator low. This allows industrial temperature probes to be calibrated more efficiently without overheating the process head or thermometer handgrip. Regular monitoring of temperature probes helps quickly recognize faults and reduce downtime.

■Easy operation

The CTD9100 series temperature drywell calibrators work with a temperature-controlled metal block and replaceable inserts. Easily adjusted calibrated temperature using two buttons on the controller, can be controlled very quickly. The actual temperature of the heating block is displayed on a large 2-digit high-contrast LC display. Therefore, reading errors are virtually eliminated. Thermometers with sensing parts of various diameters can be used and attached to the calibrator. A new block design with improved temperature uniformity over a lower calibration range reduces measurement uncertainty.
