Nowadays, quick and easy testing of thermometers is essential for the operational safety of machines and plants. CTD9100 series portable calibrators are suitable and practical for on-site calibration. Due to its lightweight and compact design, it can be used in any situation.
■Special use
Regular monitoring of temperature probes reduces failures and downtime. These dry-well temperature calibrators can not only calibrate, but also adjust temperature. Calibration of thermocouples is simplified by being able to generate persistent cold junction temperatures in a simple manner. The complex submerged immobilization cell avoids the risk of freezing and damage during transport. Freezing point calibrators are capable of providing not only the zero point but also other test temperatures through active cooling.
■Features
The device concept combines a stable temperature source with accurate Pt100 temperature measurement to make the calibration of industrial temperature probes more efficient and faster. Its design and control provides uniform temperature distribution within the block. Based on this, the temperature is homogeneous and not distributed among the seven test holes. This homogeneous temperature distribution reduces the effects of measurement uncertainty.
