About This Product

■Expansibility of use

The CPT2500 USB pressure transmitter is suitable for connecting to any PC with a USB port via the CPA2500 USB adapter. The USB adapter has a stainless steel pressure transmitter available for measuring ranges up to 1,000 bar. The USB adapter automatically detects the measurement range of the currently connected pressure transmitter, ensuring highly accurate pressure measurements.

■Function

The measurement interval for pressure recording can be set in the range of 1ms to 10s. When the recording interval exceeds 5ms, in addition to the current measurement value, the average value over the recording interval and the maximum and minimum values ​​of the recording sensation are recorded. In this way pressure peaks within the entire recording interval can be identified very easily. You can also set recording start and end conditions. In this way, it is possible to detect pressure peaks with a resolution of up to 1 ms. The CPT2500 is very suitable for all applications where pressure processes need to be recorded over limited time intervals and analyzed with high resolution.

■Software

USBsoft2500 and USB ScanSoft software are included standard with the USB adapter. This allows you to make all settings for recording pressure processes. Recorded measurement values ​​can be displayed graphically and evaluated. In addition to the USBsoft2500 and USB ScanSoft software, WIKA-CAL calibration software is also available for calibration tasks. With this software, data can be automatically transferred to a printable calibration certificate. Additionally, WIKA-CAL offers PC-based calibration as well as management of calibration and instrument data in an SQL database. RS-232 and USB interfaces are available for data transfer.
