■Product description (restricted orifice)
If pressure reduction or flow restriction is required, a restriction orifice must be inserted into the piping. Our engineering department will design an appropriate design for the restriction orifice. Complex designs may be required to accommodate high pressure drops, changing conditions, or sonic events. These cases can be avoided by dividing the pressure drop using multi-stage restrictions. This is called a multi-stage restriction orifice.
