About This Product

■Product overview

FRKPS is used to test friction clutches on chain hoists. The device consists of a load cell with chain adapter and a display unit. To perform the test, insert the load cell into the chain and move it upwards against the base of the chain hoist, thereby blocking the chain. The load cell is configured as a shear beam and is therefore immune to parasitic forces and torques. The output signal is sent to a handheld indicator via a cable. Two chain adapters and three centering sleeves are required to test all types of chain hoists within the specified load range. An additional digital handheld display unit has all the functions necessary to process the sensor's output signal and display the measured values ​​directly. The large dot matrix display makes handling particularly easy.
