■Product description
The hydraulic force transducer model F1103, version NS 3 x 6, is suitable for regular testing of the clamping force of three-jaw chucks. This ensures optimal use of the clamping jaws. Hydraulic pressure measurement is an easy way to capture and display the forces generated in a variety of applications.
Force is measured using hydraulic principles. The force acting on the piston leads to a pressure increase that can be visualized with connected display equipment. The scale of display equipment can be defined in different units (e.g. N, kN, kg, t).
■Leak proof guarantee
The tightness guarantee of the hydraulic measuring unit has been extended to 5 years. Force transducers that start leaking within this period will be repaired free of charge.
*Intended use of the force measuring unit is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
■Features
・Fnom with analog pressure gauge, ±0.5% Fnom with digital pressure gauge or pressure sensor
*For rated loads less than 500 N, the accuracy of all connected measuring instruments is ±1.6% Fnom.
・Piston stroke ≤0.5 mm, force introduction as total clamping force
- Operates without supply voltage
・5-year airtightness guarantee
*Intended use of the force measuring unit is a prerequisite for the 5-year extended warranty.
