■Product description
Model HLS-M magnetic float switch with miniature design for horizontal installation has a compact design and is suitable for indicating minimum/maximum levels in small tanks. The float is mounted on a supported pivoting lever and moves with the level of the medium to be measured. A permanent magnet activates the reed contact (inert gas contact) when a preset switch point is reached.
The use of magnets and reed contacts allows for contactless switch operation without the need for a power source or wear and tear on the float. The number of contacts can be increased. Switching function refers to increasing the liquid level. Standard use as a normally open contact (can be used at 180 revolutions as a normally closed contact). Magnetic float switches are easy to install and maintenance-free, reducing installation, commissioning, and operating costs.
